 FAQs

  • Please complete the form below, we’ll get back to you very soon.

It’s always helpful to provide pictures and approximate measurements so that we can quickly give you an estimate.

  • We currently cannot help you with these kinds of jobs:

    - Working at height over 2.5 metres (inc. ladders or scaffolds)
    - Roofing repairs (except gutter maintenance)
    - Electrical
    - Cleaning

  • Contactless payments

For many jobs, we can take payment after the work is complete using contactless.

    Invoices and bank transfers

For larger jobs taking a few days, we will generally send an invoice and ask for a partial payment before the work begins, to act as a deposit and to cover the cost of materials.

Sorry, we try not to accept cash, and would usually prefer a bank transfer or cheque.

  • Generally, each job is different depending on the materials and level of finish you are looking for.

We use quality materials which often come with manufacturers warranties.

If we’re confident a product will last a certain timeframe, this will be on your quotation.

And if something isn’t quite right we’ll try our best to make sure its corrected for you after the job, usually free of charge.

If it’s our fault, (e.g. materials we have supplied) then fair play, we will replace these free of charge.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee any materials/items that you have supplied yourself - sorry!

  • We’re price competitive!

Our rates are very competitive compared to other services in the area. If you hear of a cheaper price then please let us know.

    Small jobs (Hourly rate)

For small jobs, like hanging a shelf or flat pack assembly.

    • £40 for the first hour

    • £20 for every 1/2 hour after that.

    • Plus a small fee to cover fixings, etc.

Sorry, we cannot give fixed prices for small jobs, these are charged on a per hour basis. But to give you an idea, to assemble a small flatpack and put up a roller blind will take around 1-2 hours.

Get in touch with a description of your job and we’ll give you an estimate usually within 48 hours.

    Larger jobs

Please contact us for our day rates. These are competitive compared to other local property maintenance companies.

  • No call-out fees!

We know customers hate call-out fees so we choose not to charge them, as long as you’re in the EN5 area.

If you’re outside of the EN5 area, or require emergency, there might be a call-out fee associated with this.

This is very competitive compared to other providers in the area.
